Bookeey presents itself as a reliable mobile wallet solution catering to both shopping and money transfer needs. Offering users a seamless and secure experience, Bookeey facilitates cashless transactions for various activities such as exercising, shopping, dining, and traveling.

The Bookeey wallet provides a pseudo-secure space where users can conveniently top up their funds via online payment gateways, enabling payments at partner establishments as well as easy money transfers to other Bookeey wallet holders. The financial transactions are currently denominated in KD.

To initiate the service, users are required to download the Bookeey app, provide basic personal information, and upload images of the front and back of their Civil ID card for verification. Upon approval by Bookeey, a PIN is sent to the user's email address and mobile number for additional security.

Adding funds to the wallet is a straightforward process through the 'Load Wallet' feature within the app, which directs users to the payment options page where debit card payments are accepted at no extra charge.

Security is a top priority for Bookeey, ensuring that all data exchanges between users and the platform are safeguarded through encryption. User information remains confidential, with strict policies in place regarding data protection and privacy.

Bookeey partners with KNET as its payment gateway, guaranteeing secure transactions with no compromise on personal data privacy. The system also ensures that user funds are safe within the wallet, although inactive balances may be subject to forfeiture after six months.

In cases of forgotten PINs or the need to update personal information such as mobile numbers or devices, Bookeey offers user-friendly solutions within the app, guiding customers through step-by-step processes to ensure smooth transitions.

In case of further inquiries or tracking of transactions, users can utilize their Bookeey login credentials to access their account details online through the official website.
